Equal parts excellent and disappointing

The location is fantastic right on the beach with charming accommodations. The gardens are splendid adding to the overall beauty.

Unfortunately service fell short. We faced issues with check-in and room assignment which left a sour impression.

Earplugs are a must for the noisy nights if you're a light sleeper, especially on weekends.

Unexpected noise kept me awake

Waking up each morning to amazing ocean views made it hard to leave. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and the rooms were lovely.

Unfortunately, the loud bar across the street blared music until the early morning hours. If you're a light sleeper, be warned!

Very nice location, delicious Italian food.

The ambiance at Posada Mexico creates a relaxing vibe, with good food and a gorgeous view. The rooms are basic but comfortable, featuring mosquito nets and hammocks. Service can be slow, especially during busy events, but overall, it’s a pleasant spot to unwind at the beach.

great view , but lacking common seating options

The Estrella room offers an amazing, spacious balcony with a romantic setting overlooking the beach. The bed is comfortable. The lots of windows provided excellent ventilation. Watching the sun set over the ocean from the balcony was amazing.

More accessible seating options were needed in the common areas.

I appreciated the lively atmosphere and well-maintained gardens. My room offered a fine view, while the restaurant served delicious food, especially the Italian pasta. Be prepared for noise from a nearby bar that can disturb sleep, and the shower's water flow could be improved. Despite these minor issues, it was a nice experience.

I loved the spacious room with ocean views. The gardens are beautifully maintained. The well-designed restaurant serves delicious ceviche. Staff is attentive. It's perfect for beach access and enjoying morning coffee at the shore 🌊

The food here is straight-up magic! I devoured some of the best ceviche I've ever tasted, and the lobster pasta at the Posada's restaurant was a delight. Plus, the chill vibes made it all the better. I loved that the location puts you just steps from the beach!

Can't recommend highly enough for a lightning trip

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, delicious breakfast make this a perfect choice. The on-site restaurant serves up tasty meals, and you'll love relaxing in the sun loungers by the beach with great service.

All was wonderful.

The rooms were basic but clean, and the mosquito nets were a nice touch. The free water and small hammock added a nice touch to our stay. The Italian restaurant in the hotel had amazing food and the 2x1 drinks were a great deal. The location right by the beach was perfect for relaxation and the ambiance was fantastic. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an adventurous and laid-back stay. we had a great experience at Posada Mexico.

The staff here is very helpful, and the bus stop is conveniently close to where we stayed.
